Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Scruples Decor. Below you’ll find information about local delivery within Lanzarote, collection, shipping to other Canary Islands, and what to do if there is a problem with your order.

 

Delivery Across Lanzarote

Local deliveries within Lanzarote are carried out directly by Scruples Decor.

Delivery fees and minimum order values vary depending on the area:

If a delivery charge applies and is not automatically included in your checkout total, Scruples Decor will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the amount before delivery.

 

Collection

Collection is available in Puerto del Carmen.

Orders for collection are normally prepared on Mondays. I will contact you once your order is ready to arrange a suitble day and time for collection. 

If you need your order urgently, please contact Scruples Decor directly or leave a note at checkout and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

 

Delivery Arrangements

Once your order has been placed, Scruples Decor will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day and time.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.

 

Shipping to Other Canary Islands

Orders outside Lanzarote may be sent to other Canary Islands via Correos.

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of the parcel and may therefore vary.

Where the shipping cost is not automatically shown at checkout, Scruples Decor will confirm the amount with you before dispatch.

Shipping Outside the Canary Islands

At this time, Scruples Decor does not offer shipping outside the Canary Islands.

 

Damaged, Faulty, Missing or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when preparing and packaging all orders.

For local deliveries within Lanzarote, orders are delivered directly by Scruples Decor. Please check your order as soon as possible after delivery.

For orders sent to other Canary Islands via Correos, please also check your parcel and contents as soon as they arrive.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact Scruples Decor as soon as possible and, where possible, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where applicable, please include photographs of the item and its packaging so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

For orders sent via Correos, please retain all packaging until the issue has been resolved, as this may be required for a postal claim.

This 14-day notification request does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, defective or non-conforming goods.

 

Returns & Refunds

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases, subject to the terms set out in our dedicated Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery Information at Checkout

Depending on the delivery area and payment method selected, some delivery charges may be shown automatically at checkout.

In other cases, the delivery charge may need to be confirmed separately after the order is placed.

If this applies to your order, Scruples Decor will always contact you to confirm the delivery charge before delivery.
