What are the delivery charges?
Delivery fees range from 6€ to 20€ depending on the location within Lanzarote. Additionally, there is a minimum order amount required to qualify for delivery and free delivery service.

When should I expect my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been placed, expect to receive an email or message from us to coordinate a convenient day and time for collection or delivery.
How do you take payment?
- All orders will be debited in EUR.
- We offer multiple payment options including credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex), as well as Bizum, Revolut, Cash on Pick up, or Cash on Delivery.
How do you deliver your items?
For deliveries outside of Lanzarote to other Canary Islands, we rely on Correos Services. Within Lanzarote, Scruples personally delivers your order to your doorstep. We do not engage any other delivery services.
What is Cash on Delivery and Cash on Pick up?
Cash on Delivery and Cash on Pick up provide convenient options for customers uncomfortable with online payments or those who prefer to pay in cash. When you place your order and proceed to checkout, you'll have the choice to pay Cash on Pick up or Cash on Delivery. With these options, payment is made only upon collection or delivery, ensuring a hassle-free transaction process.
Island-to-Island Delivery within the Canary Islands
At Scruples, we're committed to bringing our services closer to you, no matter where you are in the beautiful Canary Islands. We understand that our customers reside not only on the main island but also on the stunning neighboring islands that make up this archipelago. That's why we're pleased to offer island-to-island delivery services to all the Canary Islands.
Shipping Details:
For deliveries to the other Canary Islands, we partner with Correos, the national postal service of Spain. Please note that there is a shipping fee associated with deliveries outside of Lanzarote. This fee is determined by Correos and varies based on the size and weight of your order.
Who Pays the Shipping Fee?
It's important to clarify that the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. However, we do not include the shipping fees on the checkout page of our website. To avoid being charged any fees upfront, please select the "Cash on Pick Up/Cash on Delivery" option during checkout. By choosing this option, you will not be charged any shipping fees at the time of purchase.
After your order is placed, Maxi, the owner, will personally contact you to discuss the shipping process and determine the shipping costs based on your delivery location. This personalized approach ensures that you only pay for the exact shipping cost associated with your order and delivery address, without any additional charges.
If you do decide to continue with your purchase including the delivery fees, you will then have an agreement with Maxi to transfer the money either through Bank Transfer, Bizum, or Revolut. Once the payment has gone through, Maxi will send your order through Correos with a tracker number and receipt, which she will then send you a photo of and an email.
How to Calculate Shipping Costs:
Since shipping fees vary depending on factors like package dimensions and weight, Maxi will work with you to determine the exact shipping cost after your order is placed. You can contact Maxi directly at 0034 649 682 666 to inquire about the shipping fees before finalizing your purchase.
Delivery Time:
While we aim to dispatch your order promptly, please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location within the Canary Islands. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 48 to 72 hours after it has been dispatched. Please note that deliveries are made on weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep.
